• DNS scan results (SPF, DKIM, DMARC records) for the domains you scan
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card details)
• IP addresses for rate limiting and security purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide email deliverability scanning and fix recommendations
• Process payments and send receipts
• Prevent abuse and enforce rate limits
• Improve our service and user experience

3. Payment Processing

4. Data Retention

Scan results are retained for 90 days to allow you to access your reports. Payment records are retained as required by law for accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@emailfixer.io.

We do not sell your data. We only share information with:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Supabase for secure data storage
• Vercel for hosting and analytics
