1. Service Description
EmailFixer provides email deliverability scanning and fix guidance services. Our service analyzes DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and provides step-by-step instructions to improve email authentication.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Free scanning: Domain scanning is free with rate limits applied
- Fix wizard: €49 one-time payment per domain for access to the full fix wizard
- Payment: All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Currency: All prices are in Euros (EUR)
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our service:
- Before accessing fix wizard: Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase
- After accessing fix wizard: No refunds available once you have accessed the fix wizard content
- Technical issues: If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact support for assistance
To request a refund, contact us at support@emailfixer.io with your order details.
4. Service Limitations
- We provide guidance only; you are responsible for implementing DNS changes
- DNS changes may take 24-72 hours to propagate
- We cannot guarantee improved deliverability as it depends on many factors
- Rate limits apply: 10 scans per IP per hour, 5 scans per domain per hour
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scan domains you do not own or have authorization to scan
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the service
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Resell or redistribute the fix wizard content
6. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will solve all email deliverability issues. Email deliverability depends on many factors including sender reputation, content, and recipient server policies.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmailFixer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
